Vancouver is known for it’s abundance of sushi; sushi restaurants and chains are almost more ubiquitous than Starbucks. However, it is still somewhat rare to find a sushi restaurant owned and operated by a Japan sushi chef. Hitoe Sushi in Kitsilano is one of these gems.
The restaurant is tucked away in a newer building on a 4th Avenue, not a place you would find by wandering. But, it’s worth the trip for it’s delicious food and relaxed atmosphere.
